For social media, the goal was to build awareness and grow a digital audience for the Saltleaf on Estero Bay brand before the formal community launch. The primary objective was to educate people about Saltleaf, its amenities, and how and when people will be able to enjoy them. This education would also help build awareness and potential sales for the community’s first real estate opportunity, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. 
Our intention was to communicate Saltleaf’s desirability and all-encompassing nature. It was also important to inform the public about construction timelines for Saltleaf and its golf preserve, clubhouse, marina and other amenities. Because Saltleaf Golf Preserve will be the first part of the community to be completed, one strategy was to build awareness and excitement around the fall 2023 opening of its two golf courses. Content included construction videos and images to show the progress of the course. Another strategy to enhance Saltleaf’s appeal was to use collaborative posts with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. This is the first residential opportunity coming to Saltleaf, and landing this respected hospitality brand underscores the community’s value.  
To increase engagement (post likes, follows, comments, etc.) we utilized the following tactics: daily liking and commenting on other posts; following and unfollowing various accounts to increase and maintain active followers; permanently following accounts relevant to the brand; tagging applicable accounts on posts; reposting content from relevant third-party accounts; and collaborative posts with the developer and Saltleaf on Estero Bay.
