Developer/Community

The developer’s goal was to excite prospective homebuyers and realtors about the plan for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay and ultimately entice them to buy (or sell) a home. With the project’s groundbreaking undetermined and a Bonita Springs address — less-known for luxury than Naples — the video was thoughtfully tuned to credential the world-class design and development team, the project’s deeply considered vision and its high level of design. The full video serves as an introduction to visitors at the onsite sales gallery, while a shortened version lives on the homepage of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay website.

This video is an engaging mix of interviews, breathtaking footage of the natural environment and renderings of the residences to come. To keep audiences captivated by the story, the video goes beyond features and benefits to demonstrate the humanity behind the project. It takes a slightly candid approach in capturing scenes and interviews with those closest to the project. It feels sincere and inviting, which is appropriate for this upscale audience. The video brings emotion to the story while shining a light on a unique, exclusive waterfront opportunity credentialed by the Ritz-Carton brand.
