This project is a case study in how to develop and complete a successful spec home. Our homes, built with the intention to be sold for a profit, repeatedly are the top sales in the area, this one specifically in Park Shore is no different. Challenges we dealt with but overcame included (but not limited to) a buyer who had the home under contract, made changes, backed out, then we had to find a new buyer. These were overcome due to the dedication and personal attention to detail by our company and full-time staff, who treat every one of their projects in development as if it’s the only one.
Another constraint could easily be identified as a modest sized corner lot which presents two good sized setbacks. However, this home’s curb appeal is totally unaffected by this.
