This project is a case study in how to develop and complete a successful spec home. Our homes, built with the intention to be sold for a profit, repeatedly are the top sales in the area, this one specifically in Park Shore is no different. Challenges we dealt with but overcame included (but not limited to) a buyer who had the home under contract, made changes, backed out, then we had to find a new buyer. These were overcome due to the dedication and personal attention to detail by our company and full-time staff, who treat every one of their projects in development as if it’s the only one.

Another constraint could easily be identified as a modest sized corner lot which presents two good sized setbacks. However, this home’s curb appeal is totally unaffected by this. The home is situated so skillfully that 4,614 square feet of living space was achieved on just a third of an acre of land.
