REMODELINGWhole House Remodel
Builder/Remodeler
Over $1,000,000*
A majority of the time our clients tear down and rebuild, but with good bones this home called for a new plan. Featuring three separate structures of a main house, guest house, and another two-car-garage, the almost 8,000 sq. ft. compound was in need of some love. A new roof all the way down to replacing the old, rotting windows with new Andersen 400 series ones was necessary to fix past build and remodel mistakes by the previous two contractors. Exterior stucco, painting, new railings, and a newly built, now fully-covered walkway connecting the guest and main houses accompanied the full gut job remodel. Not much remained after interior demolition. All of the HVAC systems, electrical and low voltage received upgrades. New custom cabinetry by Busby throughout, new trim and wood work along with every surface getting a paint job, and new flooring are just a few of the interior upgrades. A La Cornue range is the feature piece of the new kitchen’s appliances which are joined by Sub-Zero and Wolf. Formally a dining room, the new wine/beverage bar just off the kitchen anchors the room serving as a lounge to host friends and/or family. The builder’s signature woodwork is evident throughout as this home has left very few elements from the previous one. All the rooms stayed in the same place, but the transformation from a home with a Caribbean flair to a coastal masterpiece took a dedicated team to exceed the homeowner’s expectations.
