The objective of this project was to create an overall design that reflected the indoor/outdoor lifestyle Naples has to offer. Time frame was one of the biggest challenges as we battled supply chain disruptions, inflation, and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Perfect planning by the team and site’s superintendent got the homeowner in the home on time with results exceeding their expectations.
With half of an acre to work with, we were able to fit 6,974 sq. ft. of living space and a home that serves as the homeowner’s version of a resort. The outdoor living area is something right out of a beachfront hotel in Miami featuring a custom pool with an inset fire pit with seating, spa, water feature and dining/living space. High end finishes continue inside the home as well: Ruffino custom cabinetry, Wolf-SubZero appliances, Legno Bastone European oak floors, beautiful wood work throughout and a custom wine room. With 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half), office with custom built-in and dual sided fireplace, and upstairs bonus room, this transitional/coastal style residence has space for everyone in the family.
