• The Owners purchased this home that had never been remodeled as it was used as a rental home with builder standards throughout. The home was dated with Tuscan arches everywhere. The laundry was small and hard to work in, the kitchen was large and encroached on the great room, with an oversized island and raised bar that was unusable. The client wanted a fresh clean brighter floor plan with less arches but maintaining the cozy lifestyle with a media section and large usable kitchen.
• We removed all flooring, millwork, cabinets in all rooms, the kitchen wall was moved a into the kitchen making the laundry larger. The master bath was reconfigured and given a wet area as well as the hallway powder bath was turned into a full bath with a new shower making an on-suite for the middle bedroom.
• The great room ceiling was reconfigured and given beams and a wood texture to offset the light flooring, cabinets and counters in the kitchen, The garage entry hallway was given a drop zone with a shoe removal bench with new LED recess panel lighting throughout.
