This 30-second television spot was seen on NBC, ABC, CBS, Comcast and Summit cable channels and targeted programming most often watched by high-net-worth individuals. The spot opens with a wonderful aerial drone shot of Kalea Bay, its views and the amenities it boasts of. The voice-over begins to describe that at Kalea Bay, “fit happens” a nod to another phrase that you wouldn’t normally expect from a luxury real estate commercial, as well as describing the “options” and “balanced diet” choices of a day in the life of a Kalea Bay resident. The commercial ends with a stunning shot of endless sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico – Kalea Bay’s number one amenity. Since this commercial’s release, Kalea Bay saw a record number of sales on its Tower 400. In fact, in just the first week of March 2023, Kalea Bay recorded $32 million in sales. This past year, Kalea Bay recorded over $250,000,000 in sales.
