As Kalea Bay looks to sell its 4th high-rise, Tower 400, Soave Real Estate needed a print advertisement that broke through the noise of other Naples condominium advertisements. The “Fit Happens” print ad, by B-Squared Advertising, does just that. As a nod to a phrase you wouldn’t normally expect from a luxury real estate ad, this ad showcases the active lifestyle and beautiful amenities of Kalea Bay.
After this ad’s run in local magazines such as Gulfshore Life, Naples Illustrated, Florida Design and more, Kalea Bay saw a record number of sales on its Tower 400. In fact, in just the first week of March 2023, Kalea Bay recorded $32 million in sales. This past year, Kalea Bay recorded over $250,000,000 in total sales.
