This West Coast Casual project was inspired by California Living, where sharp contrasts and rich textures come together to create a space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The focal point of the Grand Salon is the exquisite entertainment wall, featuring a striking 3-dimensional black marble fireplace surround juxtaposed with stained rift white oak elements. Flanking the fireplace is black painted columns and rift white oak floating shelves with clear mirror backs that add a touch of elegance. The custom white wood inverted bevel ceiling detail not only adds visual interest but also houses a floating LED light ledge, illuminating the space beautifully. A standout feature is the large round mirror paired with a floating console, surrounded by slat wood columns and sconces, reflecting the serene water views and seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors. Moving into the kitchen, a modern sleek design awaits, boasting full height slab backsplash and hood detail, while the black and polished nickel pendants echo the metal finishes seen throughout the home. The dining room showcases an intriguing asymmetrical slat wall detail that perfectly complements the black and white photo of the Naples pier. Each element in this design is thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious blend of style and functionality, making this living space truly exceptional. The outdoor living space truly stands out as the highlight of this meticulously designed floor plan. A focal point of this space is the fireplace feature wall, elegantly adorned with porcelain faux wood tiles and sconces, offering a cozy ambiance for enjoying breathtaking sunset views and creating lasting memories with loved ones. Moving back inside, the master suite exudes a sense of tranquility with its subtle neutral palette and rich layers of textures, providing a serene retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
