This penthouse remodel was designed for clients who love traditional detailing, and lots of color. We created a gorgeous entry with white paneled walls and a fun high gloss blue ceiling detail. Which is the perfect introduction to the rest of the home. Like most remodels the kitchen was a hot topic, one of the most important changes was removing the soffit over existing kitchen and taking the cabinetry as tall as possible. This helped emphasize the 11′-0 ceiling you find in the penthouse. For the grand salon we created a feature wall using 2-tone paneling and a gorgeous john Richards credenza below the tv. For both the dining and the living room we added detail to the ceiling with applied moulding designs. For clients who love to entertain it was important to have a walk-up wine bar and lounge area for the ladies to hang out. So, we created multi uses within the dining room area to accommodate these requests. The master suite also has bright white’s and happy blues throughout. The master bathroom cabinetry detail has a custom hardware feature in polished nickel, that contrast sharply on the white finish. We remodeled the entire unit which includes 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms.
