The kitchen was relocated from the back of the condo to be part of the great room. The former kitchen was converted into another guest suite. More space for the open floor plan was created by including the terrace in the great room, giving enough room for a formal dining area. The homeowners’ culinary passions are fulfilled in the custom-designed kitchen, featuring bespoke cabinetry, glass displays, and amenities such as a custom wine bar and coffee nook.

The great room features an entertainment wall consisting of book matched leathered Taj Mahal slabs along with ladder style metal framed shelves and custom brushed metal cabinets. The plush custom sectional sofa draped in a creamy Kravet fabric has a cutout for an integrated asymmetrical brass bookshelf. Just beyond this area is a sitting room with comfortable custom swivel tub chairs with contrasting fabric backs and leather seats. This is the perfect spot for the homeowner to host wine tastings as the sun sets on the Gulf. The backdrop to this sitting area, the spiral staircase leading to the private rooftop terrace, is one of the most impressive architectural details of the penthouse.

The primary bedroom sanctuary with floor to ceiling windows has a custom designed upholstered bed with floating nightstands. The headboard wall designed with leather, stained wood and bronze mirrors is highlighted by gleaming pendant lights of alabaster and antique burnished brass. The lavish primary bath, reminiscent of a five-star hotel spa, features a large shower and luxurious soaking tub positioned to capture the mesmerizing sunset views.
