Freestyle Interiors – Oasis at Quail West

Built as a spec home in an upscale Naples community, this beautiful courtyard home checks off many boxes for ultimate Floridian living. We were asked to design a more coastal interior to bring the outdoors in as well as soften what is a rather expansive open great room which includes the dining room, kitchen with dual islands and a bar area. Organic furnishings accent the freshness of the white interior, soft oak floors along with millwork features in white, oak and nickel gap painted in a pretty blue accent. The ceiling design in the home was designed with an understated flow of movement and texture; providing a nice balance throughout. The owner’s retreat has a headboard wall designed with a combination of nickel gap, millwork and grass cloth and is appointed with sophisticated coastal furnishings. The custom cabinetry throughout the home is exquisite including the study with a custom built-in designed with unique shelving to showcase collectibles. A bonus in the home is the private cabana suite located across the pool from the main house which is designed as an “aging in place” extension of the home; a more recent request of late by homeowners. Fully equipped with a coffee/beverage center and full bath, this is the perfect space for those looking for an in laws suite or a separate space for a nanny or caregiver. The home exudes comfort and livability which was the request of the developer and was successfully achieved as evidenced by the new owner purchasing the home after a single viewing upon completion.
