Located on a south-facing, oversized corner homesite, with a private deck, Gulf access, and a short walk to Vanderbilt beach. This contemporary beach pad proves to be the ultimate family vacation home. The original residence, built in 1989 was razed to allow for construction of this new custom estate. The client worked with the builder, architect, and interior designer to build the three-story, six-bedroom, six- and one-half bath home.
The overall design features a contemporary, coastal design. Including white maple shaker doors and walnut stained cabinetry in the kitchen. Complete with the walnut stained pantry door to seamlessly match the walnut island cabinetry. Other highlights within the spacious floorplan include a dry also stained walnut with custom glassware shelving, full height ceiling in the master suite, with two private verandas. Additional viewing decks are available in the flex room, with a 90-degree sliding glass doors, indoor/outdoor ceiling and a fourth veranda off the VIP suite.
