This oasis uses a broad range of biophilic elements to convey its haven. Shell stone tile encompasses the feeling of the beach. Haint blue ceilings create the impression of the sky. Teak wood and fire features transforms your view into French Polynesia. Monotone blue fabrics pull from the hues of the ocean and reinforce the setting. Multiple secluded spaces offer privacy and large enough spaces to fit everyone as a group. There is an undercover dining area with seating for twelve, a grill, sink, cabinets, and refrigerator. Access to the pool bath is by the grill and has a shower, French sandstone flooring with sea glass and pebble trim, and a stunning Murano glass vessel sink. Black coral cabinet pulls and sea urchin-like pendant lights reinforce the beachside details of the home and throw fantastic shadows on the walls. Two additional covered sitting areas have TVs, fans, overhead lighting, and custom outdoor drapes. The master sitting area has a private fireplace. The outdoor seating area has a firepit, oversized sectional, and lounge chairs and sits beside the putting green. A daybed with oversized, cantilevered umbrella offers maximum shade, and there are additional chaises for sunbathing around the pool. Large and small silver rain drums are used as side tables. Purple Mexican petunias in the flower bed bloom endlessly and complement the Chiang Mai blue outdoor dragon fabric by Schumacher, which is featured in all seating areas and continues the global theme in the home. The upstairs balcony has a custom-made swing with caned back, cushions, and pillows galore, and it could be used as a quiet reading or napping space.
