From the moment that you step off the elevator into this Naples Penthouse, you can feel the inspiration is a true homage to Florida’s land and sea. Every element and detail of this private 9,326 sq. ft. residence has been inspired by the movement of the ever flowing Gulf of Mexico. Our clients’ lifestyle blends ultimate sophistication and custom workmanship with a comfortable, functioning space for their close knit family. Being in this gorgeous space, you are constantly reminded that the idyllic panoramic view of the precious ecosystem 11 floors below deserved to be interpreted into a space like never before.  
 
Looking down the extensive length of the 47 foot master suite hallway, one would wonder what is beyond. The designer’s challenge was adding interest to an otherwise echoing, dark interior hallway. Enhancing it with flat archways to help break up the length, they were then clad with gorgeous three- sided back-lit bamboo resin art panels by Alex Turco. Passing through the now dramatic hallway, you breeze by custom frosted glass privacy doors. Etched to look like the wind, the design evokes the movement of the Gulf steam. Behind the doors are the owner’s exercise room and his and her closets.  
 
Floating past the archways, you arrive at the master bath where the exquisite, ever moving details continue. The overall goal, largely inspired by the Yin and Yang found in nature, was to soften the lines of the rigid plan. Counter to ceiling mirrors reflect the stunning view of the Gulf ‘s rippling water on both his and her sides, which are illuminated by flowing, organic shaped cove ceiling details that cast a warm glow throughout. The cantilevered wave-like custom opalescent lacquered cabinetry is adorned with polished nickel hardware and plumbing that shines like the sea. A built in tub clad with iridescent vertical tiles is designed to look like sparkling water that truly glistens in the dim light.  
 
At the end of the master vestibule lays the master bedroom with an essence of zen and relaxation. The owners’ love of and respect for the beauty of nature is evidenced with pleated silk embroidered parrot draperies framing a stunning view of Estero Bay and beyond. The headboard wall is adorned with a wall covering that resembles an illustrious, 3-D fan shaped wood veneer. After a gorgeous SWFL sunset, the hand blown textured glass chandelier, along with the custom dropped Swarovski crystal star lights placed in the ceiling, create a true feeling of sleeping under the stars. This designer’s love for custom bedding was brought to life by lush tropical embroidered shams that create the perfect pop of color. An overall visually pleasing mix of patterns, movement and texture echo the Yin and Yang of nature.
