Through the 13’ rain glass glazed entry door of this 7,768 square foot private residence lies an expressive, artful space of color, texture and luxury. A dramatic 4’ wide x 8.5’ high custom double spiral chandelier adorned with cascading crystals suspends from polished chrome accents. Organic lines throughout are evidenced in custom colored, hand knotted area rugs and the unique works of art splashing the walls. In the living room, a stacked stone clad fireplace wall and back lit precious stone agate slab invite you to linger and absorb the energy of the space.

In the main area, guests can enjoy a custom wine and bourbon bar stocked by this avid collector. Two- tone navy swivel chairs provide a spectacular view from any angle. Whether seated facing the back lit Cristallo bar, custom hand-painted vineyard mural inside the wine room, or the pool and golf course, this centralized room is optimal for entertaining. The custom cocktail table with natural wood top and ocean wave resin pour is supported by a hand-made, painted crashing wave pedestal base. Ceiling details above evoke wave like movement.

Touch latch kitchen cabinetry finished in pearlized white with stained walnut accents and concealed appliances offer an uncluttered, sleek look. Gorgeous quartzite adorns the island, perimeter cabinetry and backsplash and an organic, undulating crystal chandelier lends softness to the space. Nestled nearby, a round olive wood table filled with black resin creates a wonderfully modern natural look that complements the kitchen’s masculine bent.

Just off the pub and living room, a high gloss floating vanity with black geometric plumbing and pendants harmonizes with the back lit agate top in the mesmerizing powder bath. The master suite is a space of whimsical freedom. Natural capiz shell wallpaper grounds the headboard wall with texture and subtle shine, allowing soft shades of off white to dance around the tonal blues and red, emulating the “Crashing Wave” of the artwork. In the bath, an enhanced Cristallo slab injected with navy blue dye is a dramatic focal point at the tub wall and dual vanity counter tops. Finishing the room are polished chrome accents in the fixtures and ribbon chandelier.

The largest of the four guest rooms is located just off the pool and fire pit area. Cobalt grasscloth wallpaper sets the stage for custom bedding of bright yellow cut velvet, embroidered navy and a brush stoke printed linen. The headboard wall connected to the nightstands provides the perfect backdrop for splashes of contemporary artwork that bursts with the same bright hues and movements as the drapery and bedding.
