Clive Daniel Home – The Colony

This home’s outdoor lanai was entirely renovated. First, the interior designer replaced the original flooring of concrete pavers with beautiful white marble tile with little veining for a seamless look. She also painted the exterior walls white and added new contemporary lighting to the space. Then, the pool itself was reconfigured in order to add a spa, which included new waterline tile in an iridescent blue and black for contrast.  
 
The designer also created several distinct living spaces around the pool. In one corner, she added an outdoor feature wall designed for the ultimate entertainment experience, with a built-in fireplace and porcelain tile surround. The outdoor kitchen was completely revamped as well, featuring new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and counter-height stools. On the opposite side, the interior designer included a large canopy sofa and lounge seating, in addition to more dining furniture. The overall design is fresh, modern, livable, and a complete contrast from the space that was there before.
