The kitchen in this home is undeniably upscale. Every element was meticulously selected to enhance the elegance of the space and create an impressive focal point within the home. Many of the features are custom, such as the beautiful two-tone oak cabinets—featuring a beautiful high-gloss sheen on top and a contrasting matte gray finish on bottom. The ivory and gold hood was custom-designed as well. According to one of the designers, the client “loved neutral tones and textures, but also wanted metallic veins of gold running throughout the home to elevate the overall effect.” Her love for metallics can be seen throughout the design, from the geometric stone and brass backsplash to the brass and Lucite seating, to the dramatic pendant lighting above the island. The kitchen’s dining area features coordinating seating, set around a tree root table and Michael Aram cocoon pendants. The overall effect is natural, warm, and glam.
