Unlike most showrooms, we are truly a one-stop shop. Clients can find every product and resource they need to remodel their homes from top to bottom—along with a team of interior design experts to help them through the process. Our design services include assistance with the selection of custom window treatments, flooring, re-upholstery, home automation, lighting solutions, and much more. Our designers also offer guidance to clients building new homes and developers who need help furnishing models. We even have our own Hospitality Division, which has worked with scores of hoteliers and commercial clients to design and renovate country clubs, community centers, banks, and more around the globe.  
 
Behind the scenes, our team works non-stop to update our floor with new product—ensuring that each guest’s visit to the store is just as fresh and wondrous as their first. Visitors will find a treasure trove of custom furniture, heirloom rugs, statement lighting, on-trend background options, and more—all within a relaxed and hospitable environment (complete with an espresso and wine bar). After making a purchase, our customers can expect to receive up-to-date tracking information, which shows how long the order will take to get from our warehouse to their home. Before being shipped out, each piece is meticulously inspected to make sure there are no imperfections. Once approved, the items are then delivered with the utmost care and professionalism. If an issue does arise, the driver will call the showroom to get it taken care of as soon as possible for the client. Finally, once the order is complete, our team will send the customer a survey to get their feedback and ensure their complete satisfaction. We are always looking for ways that we can not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations.
