This quintessential Olde Naples cottage was uniquely redesigned and reimagined. The purpose, and challenge, of this project was to keep the original cottage facade design intact while adding square footage to the home, with the objective of making it attractive to Olde Naples luxury buyers. We felt it was imperative to keep the classic Olde Naples cottage design in place, especially on this street, which has been referred to as ‘Cottage Row’. When standing outside of this home it is impossible to imagine what exists inside: a gorgeous coastal contemporary interior with over 4,803 of under-air living area.
Ideally situated steps from the beach, the pier, dining and shopping, all of the original charm of this 1940’s cottage was brought forward and wrapped in a new luxurious package. 4,803 square feet under air allows for 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms plus a study. The VIP suite boasts a guest living area and a separate entrance. Interior features include small-format herringbone white oak flooring throughout, hand-stained tongue and groove ceilings, custom cabinetry imported from Italy, custom white oak staircase, and Miele, Sub-zero, and Wolf appliances.
Euro doors slide open to converge indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor saltwater pool is wrapped by a live wall that must be seen to be appreciated. Rare in this part of town, the home includes a 3.5 car garage with golf cart space and alley access. Originally built in 1940 and fully renovated and CO’d in 2024.
