This private residence offered an opportunity to express the latest innovation and state of the art features with dividing aspects for the ability to expand and contract from an intimate setting for two transforming into an expansive entertaining space for family and guests. As you step inside you are met with an immediate view to the bay surrounded by a casual, organic and understated design. The living area offers a sophisticated blend of live edge, white oak, glass and textured fabrics creating a warm modern feeling. A pair of kinetic inspired handmade mobiles consisting of elegant cream silk shades that offer a soft glow over the living and bar areas. The dining space is bridged with a gentle lighting piece adorned with cascading glass drops. The integrated bar space features an illuminated Agate semi-precious crystalo countertop complimented by a hammered Kallista sink and Dornbracht fixtures. The kitchen space offers notable features such as a television that rises and lowers as needed and a multipurpose hidden table off the island. It can be sealed off for ease of entertaining and privacy through a solid white oak hidden door system. The space lends for a practical, multi-purpose and functional design. There are numerous access points to the exterior through the butlers pantry to achieve the utmost quality of discreet circulation and seamless entertaining.
