Cardamon Design – West Bay Club

• The design aesthetic of this residence’s outdoor living area is an extension of the home’s quintessential interior. Incorporating signature design elements such as the tonal color palette, mixes of natural material elements and accents of metal finishes, each carefully planned detail creates an overall stunning space for small intimate gatherings or for entertaining large groups.  
 
• Setting the stage for the outdoor furnishings, the large format faux wood tiles in a whitewash finish adds a subtle hint of texture throughout. Grey-washed custom stain cypress tongue and groove boards run along the length of the staggered outdoor living area ceilings and unifies the three outdoor areas.  
 
• As one walks out onto the large outdoor space, there are two focal walls of note. The first, the outdoor fireplace wall. The master bedroom slider was replaced by the newly designed fireplace wall. Anchored by the Paleck cocktail table inlaid with fossilized clam shell and cozy North Cape Sectional. Wood-tone tiles laid horizontally clad the fireplace wall. To add visual interest and symmetry, an iridescent sea glass blue decorative glass tile bands the wall. Accents of Aqua glass accessories gracefully draw in the decorative glass tiles. Opposite the fireplace wall, the Outdoor Kitchen features a beautiful linear mixed material decorative tile wall. Bands of geometric tile clad the outdoor kitchen hood and surround in a neutral color palette to create visual interest.  
 
• The 8’ Urbia dining table offers a place for family and friends to gather with seating for 8. Created out of natural materials, this concrete table makes a statement and is one-of-a-kind with unique markings and blend of natural materials. Modern barnwood bladed fans rest over each outdoor living space with added light kits adding style and function, while the contrasting materials creates visual interest among the space. Luxurious outdoor lounge chaises beckon to all to relax and enjoy the view. Whether looking to relax, or host large gatherings, this outdoor sanctuary, offers a variety of lifestyles.
