Cardamon Design – Tranquil Respite

Challenged with designing a Pool and Outdoor Living area that the lot would accommodate; the Designer began with the Pool design and placement. Wanting the Pool to be the focal point looking out from the Great Room and Outdoor Sitting Area, a long linear design worked best. Creating a water feature centered on the pool, adds a beautiful focal point and ambient noise from the cascading water.

Step into an oasis of tranquility and leisure with the breathtaking outdoor living area designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Nestled amidst nature’s embrace, this lush haven is a sensory delight, inviting you to unwind and rejuvenate.

Towering palm trees and vibrant floral arrangements create a vibrant backdrop, while a glistening pool clad with Lunada Bay Agate Bari Pearl mirrors the cobalt blue sky above. An ample seating arrangement, with Tropitone Curve Water Loungers and Sunset West Chaises, beckons you to sink in and let the worries of the world slip away.

An outdoor kitchen, complete with a state-of-the-art grill and a well-stocked bar, promises delectable culinary experiences. Homeowners can grab a seat at the Floating Countertop made from Caesarstone flanked with Palecek Counter Stools with a black aluminum frame & grey synthetic wicker.

Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, a fireplace wall (which is seen from the Great Room as well) boasts Jeffrey Court Porcelain Panel Tile in Timberwolf. Four Hands plush Lounge Chairs arranged with two bunching concrete cubes as a cocktail table perfect for snuggling up with a book or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

Just outside the Master Bedroom a cozy Sunset West daybed with custom accent pillows, entices conversation and stargazing on cool evenings.

The dramatic focal point of this Outdoor Living space is the spiral staircase, which leads you up to an intimate Sunset Deck where ambient lighting dances through the foliage, casting a magical glow over the entire space. It was a challenge to get approval from the community for the staircase, but with much effort it was finally approved! Bernhardt Swivel Chairs with Marled Grey Rope and Bernhardt Natural Stone Cast Cocktail Table with rattan texture allow for great conversation with guests.

This outdoor sanctuary is a testament to the art of design, blending natural beauty and functional elegance to create an enchanting retreat for both relaxation and entertainment.
