The Caribbean is a 7,999 square foot home, designed to appeal to the affluent 2nd home family, while creating carefully designed memory points throughout.  
The curb appeal resounds Southwest Florida and boasts coastal influences with a white exterior and soft blue shutters. As you enter you are greeted with grandeur.  
The neutral color palette with blue accents was key to the coastal aesthetic of the home. Coastal influences are found in the floating cerused wood beams, shiplap detail in the back of the TV wall with sconces above, furniture selections such as the large natural driftwood console that decorates the entry and the carefully placed accessories in the built-in with shiplap. Oil-rubbed bronze sliders and window creates visual interest and wow-factor. A large chandelier in Silver Finish hangs above the space tying in all pieces effortlessly.  
The kitchens drop-down ceiling features shiplap echoed in the hood and island. Polished chrome fixtures with textured glass in the kitchen adds shimmer. Waterfall edge countertop in Calcutta marble and kitchen backsplash give the space a timeless elegance, that conveys a feeling of comfort and sophistication. Palecek large pole rattan counter stools in dove grey finish give a coastal flare.  
The Kitchen Nook, flowing effortlessly from the Kitchen, showcases neutral linen fabrics, ceruse wood dining table, and polished chrome fixtures. Floating shelves flank one side of the Nook offering functional storage space for the potential homeowners. Visual interest is added with the backsplash in geometric pattern.  
The Master Suite displays many architectural details such as the applied trim headboard wall and tongue and groove ceiling detail with white painted beams. Beige window and bedding treatments are complemented by leucite accents in the nightstands and lamps. Interest is created in the combination of circle pattern in the cornices and pillows, mixed with the straight lines in the Headboard and Headboard wall. The tonal color palette creates a spa-like feel in the space.

The Capital Lighting chandelier in an interesting Black-Tie finish adds a unique accent to the space pulling in elements of oil rubbed bronze features.
