The transitional style of this home was carried through to the outdoor living area. The bold color scheme, and rich wood stains found in the interior of the home were not shorted in the exterior either. The first-floor outdoor living area features a living area furniture grouping, outdoor dining, outdoor kitchen, and pool deck.
The living area and dining area share a ceiling that makes them cozy, and inviting. The cypress tongue and groove is accented with beams, and all have been stained a dark rich color. The furnishings in these two areas are a perfect combination of teak, rope, and powder coated aluminum. The natural teak coloring mixed with the taupe/gray of the rope and aluminum make for a cohesive grouping. The upholstered sofa and chair cushions are in a soft neutral outdoor fabric, while the pops of color can be seen through the fun throw pillows, outdoor rug, and accessories. Rich teals and burnt oranges are a unique and fabulous combination. The tv wall in the living area is clad in a stacked stone with a crips face and clean edges for a tailored look. The grays and taupes of the stone are in perfect keeping with the furnishings and finishes in this area. The outdoor dining has seating for eight and carries in the same pops of color with a beautiful outdoor area rug, featuring a fun pattern.
Just steps away is the gorgeous outdoor kitchen in this first floor space. The cabinetry, and wall to wall grill hood have been stained to match the ceiling for a cohesive look. The kitchen features a grill with alfresco refrigeration below, pizza oven, sink, and undercounter refrigerator. All these appliances make cooking outdoors a breeze. The countertops and backsplash are a Sky Dream quartzite material that has the same color tones that can be seen in the furnishings of the adjacent dining and living areas. The soft movement is reminiscent of the sane moving under the water at the beach.
The outdoor living flooring and pool deck is covered in shell stone pavers for a classic coastal, yet transitional look. The pool deck features comfortable chaises and a fabulous daybed for ultimate relaxation.
The second-floor outdoor area is just as noteworthy. Four oversized swivel chairs make up the main seating group in this area. It is perfect for guests to hang out, and enjoy the fantastic water views. The rich all-weather wicker frames of the chairs is a nod to the dark accents that can be found throughout the interior. The contrasting light fabric of the chairs is a handsome combination. The same shell stone decking, tv/ fireplace wall stacked stone and stained tongue and groove ceilings match the finishes from the first floor outdoor living for a rich and cohesive look from one floor to the next.
These outdoor living spaces are sure to keep the homeowners and guests alike ready to relax and soak it all in.
