We closed the living room off with glass walls and glass barn doors to create a separation from the bar/lounge and the great room. Instead of a traditional dining room, we transformed it into the lounge space by taking an existing niche and creating a wet bar with 2 sets of refrigerated drawers and a custom hammered metal sink.
A custom built-in was installed in the living room and office that houses an electric fireplace and television. The fireplace creates a homy feeling while we made sure the built-ins were both functional and beautiful.
The master suite was converted into what feels like its own little living area, equipped with a morning bar and seating area. Concealed LED lighting in the custom built-in doors turn on upon opening. The morning bar also has concealed refrigerated doors for hiding the really good stuff! We used all natural stones throughout all counters and fireplace walls which highlights the custom herringbone flooring.
