*The tone of the unit is set at the Foyer with a custom mirror detail in the niche and custom ceiling detail with 3”W x 4”H bleached walnut beams. A custom doorway trim detail in matching bleached walnut outfits the transition into the main living space.
*The TV focal wall of the living room was completely customized with a floating cabinet accented with lighting and mounted on a stained walnut wood back panel. The sides of the wall are balanced by the custom walnut doorways.
*The side wall of the main living space was completely built out with the same bleached walnut used throughout the unit, with black iron metal trim accents and custom LED lighting. Accent decorative lighting was also added to complete the look.
*The Kitchen countertop is Colorado marble that has been treated with a stain resistant coating to make it easier to maintain in a practical Kitchen. The same stone was used on the custom hood surround to create a seamless look.
*The overall tone and feel of the unit is continued in the Master Suite with a custom stained and bleached walnut entry way, leading to a view of the custom wood paneled ceiling detail and headboard wall detail all in the same stained and bleached walnut. Custom wood details and lighting throughout the rest of the. bedrooms keeps with the cohesive style of the space.
