This direct mail is a guide to building your dream custom home specifically in the Naples area. This is a compiled curated collection of custom residential builders, architects, interior designers that specifically work with custom builders, and specialty sub contractors that work with the custom builders. No other type of industry is allowed into the publication. The spots are paid by partners featured. This is a 10′ x 12″ book with a mat cover that is a wrap of an image of a house, this is a purchased cover. When reading the publication, you open to the inside cover, a purchased spread. Next follows with full 2 page display ads. These are purchased by any of the partners within the builder, architect, designer, or sub contractor genre. The publication then follows with a table of contents, editorial on the cover house, an editorial about the specific landscape and attractions of building in Naples, FL, then into specific sections of the publication. The first section is Custom Home Builders, the second section is Luxury Living, this is developments being built in the custom genre, the third is Architects, then following is several sections of designers and different sub contractors. In each section, our partners purchase either 2 or 4 pages to tell their company story and show in high resolution images of different works they would like to show the end reader. The design of the publication is all completed in house with our own design team, we collaborate with each partner on the end design of each display and advertorial. The design sets us apart on it’s own, however the other main factor is how we distribute the direct mail. The direct mail of this book/publication is 10,000 copies, are sent to a specifically curated mailing list. In Naples, this mailing list includes property owners of lots or single family homes within the areas between the Gulf of Mexico to Highway 41 and from 111th Ave N to South of 41 East and Bayshore Rd. We also include other property owners in select neighborhoods in Naples outside of that area where multi million dollar homes are being built. Other addresses on our mailing list include a list of jet owners from our feeder markets, and Yacht owners registered in our area. We invite all of our partners in the publication to supply us with a list of up to 200 addresses that we mail as a gift from them. In addition to the mailing list, once a year we send a gift box including this publication to all the fortune 500 CEO’s. Our goal is to inspire those building or renovating their dream home and to brand our partners as the top in the industry. In the examples, please note image 1 is our cover wrap on this publication.
