Build Magazine is an annual publication of a curated collection of custom residential builders, architects, and designers, and other residential building projects over $5,000,000 specifically in Naples, FL. Our approach is boutique, only the A-list of professionals in the building industries are included and must be referred to. We feature display and advertorial ad space, and the target market end reader is the most affluent property owners in the Naples area. We do not allow businesses from outside the industry to purchase ads in the magazine, the goal is to keep it a beautiful publication that is focused to be just about our custom residential construction partners. The premiss for our partners in the magazine is that they are buying a certain amount of pages in the magazine, and in turn receive the ad space plus added value within other structures of our multimedia marketing. The cover of our magazine is decided internally by our designer. picking a cover worthy builder or architect partner 
that submitted a home that would fit the profile of the location and would capture the Naples building style. We wrap the cover 
with one house. We do not sell a back cover ad. The first attachment in the magazine examples is the 2023 Cover. The URL 
example is a flip book of the 2023 edition. In the layout of the magazine, we start with display ads and place five editorial ads 
throughout the magazine. After the table of contents, we keep each profession in a section of their own. In the Naples edition, 
there are separate sections titled as follows: Custom Builders, Architects, Exterior Finishings, Home Technology, Interior 
Designers, Interior Finishings, Kitchens and Bath, Lighting Design, and Pools and Spas. The layout allows the magazine to act as 
a reference look book for end readers that may be renovating or building now or just dreaming of it in the future. We get the 
magazine to the end reader by a direct mail campaign of 10,000 copies sent to property owners with land value over $2,000,000. 
The other 10,000 copies are distributed to exotic car dealerships, luxury realtors, high end showrooms, resorts, and golf clubs. 
Part of the direct mail campaign features a gift box with the magazine included to the fortune 500 CEO’s, private yacht owners, 
and private jet owners. The examples uploaded with this entry include a distribution list and a media kit with all the added value 
our partners in the magazine receive in extension to the magazine advertisement. landing page, with a link 
to the advertiser’s company website – One annual launch party invitation – Four annual partner networking events – YouTube 
podcast and interviews, – Blog and social media posts- and annual mailing to VIP clients on a list they submit to us. We have 
marketing events at all our locations around the US and Canada and invite all partners to network across to new locations. Our partners benefit in multimedia marketing with us.
