Borelli Construction – Old Naples Beauty

This stunning two story home in Old Naples was built as a spec home for our client who has a passion for construction. With the home being a spec, he wanted to keep the main areas of the house neutral so potential buyers can add their own unique style. The large open concept kitchen had white cabinets making this space extremely bright and airy. Detail and Craftmanship can be seen in all directions, including the ceiling detail, which distinguishing each area, but still maintains the flow of an open concept. Towards the end of construction process, the property was purchased. The new owners were able to add their own personal touches to some smaller rooms, such as the study, powder & secondary bathroom. They selected playful wallpaper for their powder and upstairs bathroom. In their study, they opted for a unique wall panel detail using one of their favorite colors, olive green, as an accent. It was great that the buyers were able join at the end of the construction process, so they could add their own personality into their new home. 
 
Due to the smaller lot sizes in Old Naples, the home’s outdoor living space was an extension of the great room/kitchen area. Clear sliders could be completely opened to the outdoor living room, creating a huge space perfect for entertaining. Utilizing all areas of outdoor space, we were able to fit in a pool so the homeowners could cool off in the Florida sun. We were so happy that this spec house was able to become a home.
