Model Home

As a builder, we had become accustomed in creating spec houses with the coastal transition look. It became our bread and butter because we knew those houses sold fast. However, with 595 Pine Grove, we wanted to step outside our comfort zone and aim for something edgier. We intended for this house to stand out among the numerous “all white kitchen” homes.

Situated on a corner lot, this house boasts a unique floorplan and garage access from two different streets. One of the big challenges we faced with this lot was that the pool and outdoor living area faced a dated condominium building. To address this, we constructed a pergola with chair swings and added substantial landscaping to obscure the building. Despite these efforts, the first real estate showing brought negative feedback about the view. In response, we swiftly planted 80 additional tall bushes to provide extra coverage. This seemed to do the trick as the house is now under contract.

Recognizing the kitchen as the heart of the home, we aimed to make it truly stand out. We chose a combination of white oak cabinetry complemented by ebony-stained cabinets beneath the rangetop and island. To unify the black accents, we installed a nearly black stainless hood, black cabinet hardware, and two-toned faucets with black detailing. Other special features of this master suite include:
– $75,000 custom closet with LED lighting & automatic storage lifts
– Victoria & Albert solid limestone freestanding tub
– Newport Brass, “midnight chrome” finished plumbing fixtures
– LED lighted mirrors
– Peloton / Exercise room
– custom marble floor
– pool views

Overall, we were very pleased with the final outcome of this house. It’s reassuring to see that there are enough buyers in the Naples market seeking for something different than our typical bread and butter houses.
