One of the most important things for Naples homeowners is lush tropical landscaping and we took extra time to save a beautiful mahogany tree out front that helped set the tone for the property. We up-lit that specimen and surrounded it with Louis Cotton Dwarf Cannas as well as Mammy crotons. The lit front walkway and portico is balanced by a combination of low Emerald Blanket Carissa plantings mixed with Silver-Blue Agave and Orange Archaea Bromeliads. Japanese Blueberry Trees anchor the outer corners of the front elevation. We added chipped marble along the sides of the property with full sidewalks of honed marble down both sides of the property. Out back, the beautiful pool area is anchored by two large up-lit Sylvester Palms, inset into the 75-foot wide pool deck. A border of Small Leaf Clusia and Staggered Orange Archaea Bromeliads and Maria Hawaiian Ti create a beautiful backdrop for an original artwork from Gardner Colby Gallery which sits poolside. A selection of up-lit Traveler Palms, Sealing Wax Palms, Christmas Palms, Podocarps, Canna, Bird of Paradise, and more, complete the lush texturing of the property, offsetting the rich carpet of Zoysia Empire Sod. The property is irrigated for 100-percent coverage. The front U-shaped driveway features TriCircle concrete pavers in 12-inch by 16-inch and 16-inch by 16-inch sizes, and leads to the front walkway of honed gray marble steps up to the entryway’s dueling water features.
