With the help of Coastal Wine Rooms in Naples FL, The cabinet was fabricated out of top quality exotic wood in the interior and exterior of the cabinet, along with specifically designated cabinet space for bottle size requirements and the implementation of hand-made custom wine cradles. The collaboration with the vendor was flawless and every design challenge was met to ensure the product would be to the highest standard as requested by the homeowner.
Fully integrated into the wall and showcasing approximately 400 bottles of the homeowner’s private collection …the wine cabinets’ elegant presence imposes into the room and adjoining spaces with grace and timeless design. The cabinet’s beautiful rich dark wood finish and concealed soft interior lighting illuminates the wine bottles with a cast of warm gold.
The tall glass front doors with custom acrylic and matte black hardware finish off the look with elegance.
The lower cabinet interior also offers custom stemware cradles for every size stem needed. The stem cradles nestle each glass individually and securely inside the drawers and lower cabinet for ease of removal and storage.
The recessed niche …(once occupying a TV armoire) played a key role in the design and location of the unit. The location serves a greater purpose than, just a focal point. The location of wine cabinet was centralized in the old family room location of the now updated remodel- logistically installed in this area… it provided the old family room space to be converted into an elegant and inviting dining room. Along with the new dining area … a “wine lounge “ (previously the breakfast nook) was created for guests and friends to come together and enjoy the homeowner’s generous collection of fine wines. The dining room, wine lounge, and kitchen now all share the space with a welcoming allure.
