Targeting affluent retirees and pre-retirees who are looking for a possible second or third home, Kalea Bay offers spacious, luxurious residences with gorgeous, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. With a total of 5 towers at buildout, Kalea Bay recorded record sales through 2020 and 2021.  
 
This 4-part magazine campaign, designed by B-Squared Advertising, is the perfect summation of the good life that awaits at Kalea Bay. Starting with is stunning visuals of the waterfront views Kalea Bay offers and the elegant martini forming the “Y” shape, all elements of this ad combine to create a visual of a luxury lifestyle. The copy answers the familiar question, “Why buy a condo at Kalea Bay?” by showcasing the 5-star amenities, resort-style service and lifestyle found within.  
 
This magazine ad was seen weekly in local publications such as Naples Illustrated, Gulfshore Life, and Florida Design and helped contribute to Kalea Bay selling Tower 300 in just 12 months when normal absorption rates are around 30 months. In May 2021, Kalea Bay started selling Tower 400 and has already hit the 80% sold mark in less than a year.
