At the heart of the home lies a curated seating arrangement featuring a sprawling, L-shaped sectional sofa with plush lounge chairs enveloped in light-hued fabric, exquisitely accessorized with an assortment of private labeled throw pillows. Commanding attention, a sleek fireplace with a honed stone facade acts as the centerpiece, flanked by purposefully designed built-in shelves showcasing an artful array of ornamental pieces.

A second, coordinating fireplace serves as the focal point of a unique indoor/outdoor space. Thermally broken doors allow it to serve as a true outdoor space, while maintaining the internal home temperature. All of the upholstery in this space is also indoor/outdoor, providing freedom from concern of damage. Stackable sliders frame a 90 degree corner of this room, and open to allow users to appreciate this space as if it were truly outdoor-living.

Custom rugs bring warmth to the foyer, great room, family room, and study. The most unique of them is located in the master bedroom, as a combination including a custom shaped Sisal rug, that is so heavy, it required 5 installers to lift and place!

Throughout the main living spaces, stately sliding glass doors adorned with billowing drapery allow natural light to cascade in, bathing the rooms with a warm, welcoming glow and offering a tantalizing glimpse of the outdoor expanse. The kitchen features high-end appliances and cabinetry that seamlessly combines storage and aesthetics with the incorporation of glass inserts.

The powder bath is a statement on its own! Simple art rail millwork separates a blue silk wallpaper from a mural above that spans across the ceiling. The ceiling paper showcases hand-painted motifs of constellations in the night sky.
