AV Interior Design – Remastered Family Oasis

Surrounded by an amazing golf course view and nestled in the heart of Collier County, this 6,600 square foot home encompasses all that is “chic”. Clean lines, interesting textures and pops of color were all key in achieving this timeless, sophisticated look. The open plan of the great room, dining room and kitchen, leads to a covered outdoor living area for year-round entertainment. By combining edgy accents with sophisticated, creamy colors and textures inspired by the home’s surroundings, the result is a welcoming, cohesive and intriguing living experience. By removing unnecessary elements, we simplified the overall architectural aesthetic to emphasize softness, natural light and comfort.

Each bedroom and bedroom were completely redesigned from floor to ceiling. We replaced the original wet bar under the stairs with a temperature controlled, floor to ceiling custom wine display creating a stunning feature right at the heart of the home. Immediately adjacent to that is one of two new wet bars added to the home both of which feature luxurious extra white quartzite countertop. The quartzite countertops are also featured in the kitchen and powder bath. The stairwell windows were replaced with one, nearly 2 story picture window that reveals the chandelier to the front exterior of the home. The original fireplace design in the formal living was replaced with a 60″ linear electric fireplace faced in natural split face stone which provided the room with an entirely new character. The original coy pond was redesigned and relocated. Additional features that were added to the lanai are, the evergreen artificial turf, a fire pit, expansive motorized awnings over the dining area that seats 14 people and a putting green. This renovation was completely catered to centering the home around large gatherings of good friends and family.

While the overall footprint of the home didn’t change, it looks like a new home entirely.
