R & Co. Designs – 595 Pine Grove

We wanted this suite to have a high end modern resort feel and we achieved this by adding many different elements to make this spcae feel unique and custom. The entrance hallway into the bedroom is accented with white oak stained cased openings bringing in warmth of the natural wood. We did a soft neutral ribbed wallcovering on all of the walls and in the hallway did (2) oversized pieces of acrylic shadowbox artwork with pieces of leather that make the beautiful are composition. In the bedroom, we did a custom Hubbarton Forge ceiling light that is accented with handpoured glass. We chose a fixture that was simple and did not take away from the unique ceiling detail that we accented with a slightly metallic geometric wallcovering that creates visual interest without being overwhelming. We also did pendants at each nightstand in place of lamps to keep the nightsands open and still have light for when in bed. The bedroom then leads into the bathroom that is done in all marble, including a custom marble jet cut flooring. We did a floating white oak vanity with LED mirrors that reflect the beautiful millwork surround at the tub area that we designed to have a cozy yet modern feel. While this was drywall we decided to add the white oak surround and white oak slats on the window wall for added detail and warmth to the space. The shower has a nice unique entrance where you can leave your towel on the teak bench (like enterin a sauna at the spa). Inside the shower we did a lighted niche to add a customized feel.
