The objective of this contemporary-finished custom home was to create an overall design that reflected the indoor/outdoor lifestyle Naples has to offer and take advantage of the 200 feet of lake-frontage. A few challenges were presented to the team, the biggest being finishing the home before “season” started in Naples, but the project was done in time and listed for sale in time for the holidays. Great planning by the team and site’s superintendent helped deliver the perfect present.
Faced with a pie shape lot, and with only a little over a third of an acre we were still able to fit 6,691 sq. ft. of living space on it. The home features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half), club room, and a 3-car-garage. High end finishes were abundant in this home with custom Ruffino cabinetry, Legno Bastone European oak wood floors, quartzite countertops, and Wolf-SubZero appliances. The chef’s kitchen featuring plenty of room to cook that gourmet meal also has an accompanying wine room and bar to assist in throwing the perfect party. The outdoor living area is set up for entertaining with a generous pool, spa, sunset deck and fire pit, all facing western views. The second floor features a lounge/bonus room and three additional guest bedrooms.
