Our main campaign that we put out once a year is a publication with a curated collection of local businesses that build and design custom residential construction. (Image 1 is the cover) The main company objective is to promote the work of our partners in the architectural, building, and design industries, while being a source of inspiration for those looking to build or renovate their dream home. Our efforts of promoting the magazine and our partners through print (images 4 and 5), digital (Image 2), social posts (Image 3), podcasts (Image 9), and in person events (Image10) allow partners to showcase themselves and the work they are designing and building. The print publication is 20,000 copies with 10,000 included in a direct mail campaign. The direct mail is a curated list of Naples home and property owners in areas resulting in construction higher than $3 Million. (Image7) The other 10,000 is kept in distribution at high end showrooms, resorts, club houses, realtor offices, and other various locations in town year round. In added value to our partners and to promote the magazine we have an array of digital that supports the publication. Our website that is included in the URL link is an integrated collection of all our partners throughout the U.S in one place. This can be separated and researched by location, or type of business. Under the Naples link is landing pages for partners in the Naples publication and the electronic version of our Naples publication. There is also a link to all our professionally produced and syndicated podcasts episodes. The podcast episodes are interviews with our various partners about the American Dream, how they built their businesses, their company philosophies, and trade stores that are endearing and inspiring. In addition to the digital website, we include added value for all of our partners with social media. The social media allows for our partners to submit projects and photography from numerous projects throughout the year for us to post, and share stories of the particular projects and how partners collaborated together on those projects. The social media also allows for us to connect our partners from different locations. Another major part of our overall campaign of inspiring and connecting is local events. In Naples we hold 5 events a year. The publication launch party (Image 10), and 4 other quarterly events a year. We select a showroom from any of our partners to showcase to the others in the publication and connect them through networking and entertainment. The networking in person has been a large part of progressing the success of our business. The process of attracting partners to purchase into our print is in either a 1 or 3 year agreement, in a club type of membership. The pricing and packages are in media kit (Image 6). Other added values for partners are listed on piece (Image 8). This is all encompassing the campaign to grow our partners businesses and inspire the person building or renovating.
