As Palazzo at Bayfront began selling these luxury condominiums, Stoneburner Development needed an advertisement that broke through the noise of other Naples condominium advertisements while showcasing the last opportunity to live in this one-of-a-kind community on Naples Bay.
This 30-second television spot was seen on NBC, ABC, CBS, Comcast and Summit cable channels with targeted programming most often watched by high-net-worth individuals. The spot opens with text and animation nodding to being present, being perfect and being passionate. With view shots and lifestyle imagery, the video reinforces the Palazzo lifestyle, while promoting the newest features and project elegance.
Since the mid-March 2024 launch, Palazzo at Bayfront’s website has seen 10,224 unique visitors with an engagement rate of 44.03% proving this commercial to be a strong tool for introducing Palazzo to the Naples market.
