By placing the ad on the inside cover of the Florida Design magazine, we secured exclusive placement to capture the attention of a discerning audience. This strategic position enhances visibility and engages readers immediately as they open the magazine. Featuring a three-panel layout, thick, glossy paper and use of a QR code, this campaign ad also offers an interactive print ad experience for the reader. The combination of regular high-gloss paper and our original high-resolution photography on the body of the page provides a tactile and visually stunning experience. Further enhancing the experience, we capitalized on the use of the QR code, allowing the audience to access the listing details in seconds through their smartphone.
Produced entirely in-house, the ad reflects the collaborative effort of our chief marketing officer, creative director and Naples marketing team. From the typography and layout to the hand-selected listing’s coastal-modern color palette, each element is meticulously crafted by our in-house team. The ad’s minimalist design, paired with abundant white space and high-quality imagery, highlights our sophisticated and modern style. Key features include its placement on the front inside gatefold to create an immediate and lasting impression, the use of glossy paper to elevate the sensory experience and the compelling “Look No Further” tagline, which aligns with our brand’s promise of delivering unrivaled services. In-house production allows us to maintain the integrity of our vision and keep a consistent brand aesthetic while keeping costs efficient. This ad had an impressive reach of at least 300,000 readers at a total cost of $12,600.
