Palazzo at Bayfront is a luxurious mid-rise project located in the shopping and dining district of Bayfront of Naples, in Naples, Florida. With just 35 residences, with pre-construction pricing starting at $1.9M, this luxurious project targets affluent retirees and pre-retirees who are looking for a second home in the Sunshine State.

When Stoneburner Development Group introduced its new real estate project coming to Bayfront Naples, B-Squared Advertising was hired to create stunning print advertisements. This ad, placed in Naples Press, Florida Weekly and Naples Daily News, opens with a couple enjoying a glass of wine and reads “Be Passionate. Be Palazzo.” The alliteration of Palazzo and Passionate, gives way to the unique lifestyle found in these residences. With a rendering of the exterior of the project at the bottom, the ad invites readers to learn more about this new development.

One of the main challenges for this piece and all related advertising materials was that the building is not yet constructed, so all images were either renderings or lifestyle photography. That proved to be no problem as Palazzo at Bayfront’s website has seen 10,224 unique visitors with an engagement rate of 44.03% in just the past few months.
